These Terms of Service govern your use of our services. By hiring us for fence installation, repair, or any related service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before we begin work on your property.

Our Services

We provide professional fencing services in Palm Harbor, FL and surrounding areas. This includes fence installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and proper permits. We will inform you of any delays or changes to your project timeline as soon as possible.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all our services. Your quote is valid for 30 days from the date we provide it. Prices may change if you modify the project scope or if material costs increase significantly.

We will always discuss any pricing changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless we have agreed to a different payment schedule in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. Any deposit amount will be clearly stated in your written estimate.

Your Property and Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area. This includes marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles on your property.

We will take reasonable care to protect your property during our work, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles.

Permits and HOA Approval

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and homeowner association approvals before we begin work. We can help guide you through this process, but the final responsibility lies with you as the property owner.

If work is delayed or cannot proceed due to permit or HOA issues, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the project.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Installation labor is warranted for one year from the completion date. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be explained during your consultation.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather, accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
